Appanoose County Research

I am inquiring if any one knows whether the Appanoose County Genealogy Society does research on requested individuals? I have a relative that I am seeking verification of who her parents were, and I find that she was (supposably) born in Appanoose County and was also married there.

Is this something that Appanoose County Genealogy Society would research for me? If so, is there a site I can go to to find the required fees? I had found a hotmal email address, but that came back as mailbox unavailable.
