Gay,

I am wondering if this is the same Samuel Pendergast that married my ggg-grandmother, Susan Turner Montgomery on March 2, 1878? Susan's husband John Montgomery died in 1875 so this was a second marriage for her. She is buried in Moulton under the name Montgomery, however.
