LINDA SUE NORTHLAND
SHELLSBURG-Linda Sue Northland, 47 Waterloo (formerly of Shellsburg), died Thursday, December 26, 1991, at the Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo following a long illness.
She was born Sept. 12, 1944, in Cedar Rapids to Lloyd and Opal Averill Achenbach.
Linda Northland was a nurse’s aid in Cedar Rapids.
She is survived by her parents, Opal and Lloyd Achenbach, Shellsburg; one son, Scott Northland and his wife Glenda, rural Central City; one daughter, Sue Hobson and her husband Scott, Palo; one sister, JoAnn Willits and her husband Ken, Oklahoma City, OK; and one granddaughter, Rebecca Hobson.
A funeral service for Linda Sue Northland was held Monday, December 30, 1991, at 2:00 p.m. in the Campbell-Russell Funeral Home with Revered Nancy Schultz of the Palo United Methodist Church presiding. Interment was held at eh Oakwood Cemetery, Shellsburg...
