Judith Ann Lint was born January 6, 1941 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Her parents were Earl and Bessie Donels Maxson.

Judy attended school in Shellsburg, Iowa. Her first grade classmate was a boy named John “Jack” Lint.

Judy and Jack were married June 10, 1961 in Shellsburg. Judy graduated from Upper Iowa University in 1962. She and Jack moved to Grand Junction in 1965. They have spent 51 years together as husband and wife.

Judy was vocal music teacher. She was attended First United Presbyterian Church in Grand Junction, where she taught Sunday school for 40 years...

Judy Lint died October 13, 2012 at the Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson. She was 71 years of age.

Preceding her in death were her parents, and a daughter, Julia Lynn.

Surviving is her husband, Jack Lint of Rippey; son John (Heather) Lint and children T.J. and Ben of Perry; daughter Jody (Brian) Barren and children Brandon and Joshua of Des Moines; brother Jim (Jolene) Maxson of Cedar Rapids; half brother-in-law Russell (Glenda) Shipley of Shellsburg; and brother-in-law Rev. Dale (Roberta) Lint of George, IA; Foreign Exchange daughter: Grace and Patricio Noboa; other relatives and friends.

Mary A. Vogt Lint

Vinton- Mary A. Vogt Lint, 90, died Nov 23 2005, at the Virginia Gay annex following and extended illness. Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 26 Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton with the Rev. Glen Taylor officiating. Interment was held at the Garrison Cemetery.

Mary was born Jan 23, 1915, at Vinton to Lewis and Alma (Berger) Vogt. On Fen 20, 1933, she married Carl Edward Lint at Shellsburg. Mary was a homemaker and a life long member of the American Legion Auxilliary.

Mary is survived by her two son, Dean and wife, Wanetta, and Don and wife Beverly, all of Garrison; her daughter, Ruby Wheeler of Garrison twelve grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; one sister Elsie McGowan of Swisher and two brothers, Delbert “Carl” Vogt of Traer and Melvin Vogt of Vinton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one granddaughter, Linda Wheeler; three sisters; and one brother

Nancy Mae Lint

Mt Auburn - Nancy Mae Lint 68 of Mt. Auburn, Iowa died Sunday, July 15, 2007, at Virginia Gay Hospital in Vinton following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton with Reverend William B. Harnish officiating. Interment will be in Dunkard Cemetery, Toddville.

Nancy was born in Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids on Dec 13, 1938, the daughter of Donald D. and L Florence Duree Osborn.

Nancy had been a resident of Marble Rock, until moving to Mt. Auburn a year ago. She married Billie L. Lint, Sr. on April 3 1979, at their home in Cedar Rapids. In 1988, Nancy, along with her husband Billie and daughter Jamie, earned her G.E.D. from Kirkwood Community College’s adult education program.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Billie L. Lint Sr. of Mt. Auburn; two sons: Joseph (Gail) Ruzicka of Waterloo, and Jimmi-Jon L. Lint of Mt Auburn; one foster son, Ricky Jay Pascual of Mt. Auburn; two daughters Klancy (Rod) Reid of Shellsburg, and Jamie D. (Steven Slagenweit of Cedar Rapids; three step-sons; Billie L. Lint, Jr Rich Lint and Donald Cain, all of Cedar Rapids; one step-daughter, Grace Lint of North Liberty; two brothers; Jack L. (Liz) Osborn of Toddville, and John H. (Mary Ann) Osborn of Greene; six grand-children: Rodney, Jasmine, Nicolas and Gavrielle Reid and Tanner and Eli Ruzicka; one step-grandson, Michael Lint; several nieces and nephews; and her closet cousin Lila Slaymaker of Cedar Rapids.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother James Osborn; and one sister, Betty Reed. Russell Funeral home of Vinton is caring for Nancy and her family.
