Eugene George (Henry) Chaloupka was born Dec. 27, 1911 to Henry J. and Mary M. Valenta Chaloupka. He died Aug. 18, 1949 and is buried in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monticello, IA.

Eugene served in World War II with the U.S. Army Ambulance Corps, 3rd Army and at the 115th Station Hospital.

Rudolph Henry Collmann was born Sept. 1, 1905 to William Conrad and Katharine Sophia Helgens Collmann. He died Nov. 9, 1954 and is buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Monticello, IA.

Rudolph served in World War II with the U.S. Army Medical Corps.

Edwin Earl Craig was born Apr. 22, 1919 to Forest Earl and Lydia Elvira House Craig. He died July 10, 1944 and is buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Monticello, IA.

Sgt. Craig served in World War II with the U.S. Army 363rd Infantry, 91st Division.

Charles Trevor Curtis was born Mar. 18, 1918 to Cecil Blane and Olive Laura Arnold Curtis. He died Aug. 19, 1944 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, East Coast Memorial, New York, NY.

Petty Officer Curtis served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Armed Guard serving aboard the SS J.H. Senior when that vessel collided with another vessel in the North Atlantic. He was MIA/FOD/KIA.
