Hale Eugene Hansen was born Jan. 4, 1917 to Arthur and Marian Regenwether Hansen. He died Dec. 4, 2010.

Hale served in World War II with the U.S. Navy.

Pvt. Hatfield served in World War II with the U.S. Army as a Rifleman with the 175th Infantry Regiment, 1st Battalion, 29th Infantry Division and was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
