William Stuart Harris was born Mar. 8, 1926 to Leo and Amanda Anna Littauer Harris. He died June 24, 1945 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Charles City, IA.

Pvt. Harris served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps Weapons Company, 22nd Marines, 6th Marine Division and participated in combat operations until KIA on Okinawa.

Eugene Wilson Heller was born Jan. 4, 1913 to Albert and Anna Heller. He died Aug. 13, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.

Petty Officer Heller served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Flier (SS-250) and was MIA/FOD/KIA and awarded the Purple Heart when that vessel was sunk by a mine in Balabac Strait near Mantangule Island.
