Ludwig Joseph Wach was born June 23 1908 to Anton and Elizabeth Braun Wach. He died Oct. 11, 1943 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Court 2, Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii and has a cenotaph in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Littleport, IA.

Coxswain Wach served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Wahoo (SS-238) and was MIA/FOD/KIA when that vessel was sunk by a combination of air attack and depth charging in La Perouse Strait, Northern Japan. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Everett Harold Weller was born Feb. 5, 1921 to Amel D. and Gertrude McMillan Weller. He died Mar. 10, 1997 and is buried in Maryland Veterans Cemetery - Cheltenham, Cheltenham, MD.

MSgt. Weller served in World War II with the U.S. Army 79th Infantry Division and was awarded the Silver Star.

Duane Lewis Whitlock was born Jan. 29, 1917 to Duane and Evelyn Mae Frederick Whitlock. He died Apr. 10, 2007 and is buried in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Saint Helena, CA.

Capt. Whitlock served in World War II with the U.S. Navy in a career that spanned 32 years, his final posting as Deputy Director of the Naval Security Group.

Warren Elmer Wilke was born Mar. 5, 1928 to Elmer and Lenora Embretson Wilke. He died July 28, 2011 and is buried in Iowa Veterans Cemetery, Adel, IA.

Pvt. Wilke served with the U.S. Marine Corps in World War II.
