William August Bernard Pageler was born Dec. 25, 1908 to Herman and Emma Wendy Pageler. He died Aug. 28, 1948 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Manson, IA. 

Petty Officer Pageler served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.

Paul Edward Peterson was born Apr. 2, 1916 to Malcom and Hilma Erickson Peterson. He died Aug. 31, 1943 and is buried in Union Cemetery, Pomeroy, IA. Pvt. Peterson served with the U.S. Army Infantry in World War II.

Raymond Laverne Peterson was born Apr. 15, 1925 to Nels and Ida Torgerson Peterson. He died Jan. 12, 1945/FOD Jan. 13, 1946. 

Pvt. Peterson served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and was MIA after the plane of which he was a crew member failed to return from a mission over the South China Sea.

Donald Maynard Pierce was born Mar. 3, 1919 to Claude and Margaret Daisy Pierce. He died Dec. 17, 1998 and is buried in Saint John Cemetery, Williams Township, Calhoun County, IA.

Donald served with the U.S. Army in World War II.

Pvt. Post served with the U.S. Marine Corps in World War II and was KIA on Iwo Jima.
