| ~~~~~ The Taylor County Genealogical Society Library is located at the Taylor County Historical Museum. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Annual dues to the Society are $10 and payment should be sent to Sandi Salen, 1201 Main, Bedford, Iowa 50833. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Society puts out a publication twice a year. Very little of the material in the publication overlaps with what is on this web site. It has had more death and birth records, more marriage records and a wide assortment of other source materials. ~~~~~~~~ The individual publications sell for $2.50 and a list of the publications and their contents is: |

The annual $10 membership includes the publication twice a year and a free query service for members in the publication. A researcher will be found for anyone needing research done on Taylor County ancestors. We expect a stamped self-addressed envelope for an answer about research.
