SAM Bakka
Sam Bakka married Mattie Britson in 1898. He farmed, was town dray-man, and worked as a meat cutter. Later he served on the fire department, and was town marshal. Children are Cyrus, Lola May, Minnette, Florence, Herbert, Elvina, Luke, and Irene.

S. O. BIRKELAND FAMILY
Mr. and Mrs. S. O. Birkeland were married in 1910 and were actively engaged in farming and community affairs until they retired in 1956 to their home in Roland.
