May 1926 Commencement Speech by Class President, Everett Halterman. Perhaps this will be the last time we will ever be together again. If only I knew that I were to start over again in High School, it would mean the four happiest years of my life to live over again. When we started in as freshmen we had this goal to reach. We are here. I want to thank each of the teachers for the kind help we have received during our school years and especially the last two years. We have not the opportunity to go through High School again, but we have the opportunity to make a success in life’s school. That is our aim now.
