Grade News: First - The flag was presented to us by the Legion Auxiliary. We are giving the pledge to the flag every morning. Second and Third - Our teacher read us the book entitled "The Belinda Blue." It was the story of a kitten that had a hard time finding someone to play with.
January 8, 1948 Home-Ec. News: The senior girls have completed their wool dresses and are now starting on cooking unit. They are preparing a luncheon Monday. The freshmen girls are studying cooking and will serve breakfast Tuesday.
Ag News: We are now studying the rental and structures of farm buildings. Last Friday we took a field trip to the Stanley Mitchell farm to study the way he reconstructed their barn. We have acquired two new copies of "Morrison's Feed and Feeding" for our Ag Library.
