Girls' school basketball tournament - The girls have been divided into six teams. The captain of each team is a first-string player and there is a second-string player on each team. A game is played each day. To date each team has played three games.

Voc Ag - The Farm Crops Class of the Voc Ag department has set up a laboratory to test seed for farmers of the community. The class will test oats, soybeans, corn, or legume seeds for germination. A charge of 15 cents per sample. All persons wishing tests please bring or send at least one pound of seed.

March 15, 1945 Voters of the School District cast 24 ballots for re-election of C. E. Fish and C. W. Keagle as Board Members for three years. J. R. Witmer was re-elected as Treasurer. Other Board Members are L. D. Holland, Ernest Hofer, D. W. Hubbard and Mrs. O. M. Serbein as Secretary.
