TEMPERANCE CLUB

The Temperance Reform Club was organized in January, 1878 : K. O. Holmes, president; J. A. Evans, Albert McNulty and John Henderson, vice presidents; Horace Deemer, secretary, A. F. Keith, treasurer; J. Mad Williams, chaplain. This club had a membership of 1252.
