(Bio For Linnie Harris)

Linnie Harris was born May 3, 1856 and received her education in tyhe West Liberty schools.

In her early 'teens Miss Harris started teaching school and continued in that vocation 40 years. With the exception of a few years in Washington, Iowa, the greater part of her teaching was in West Liberty, and vicinity.

By nature and effort she was an ideal teacher who gave to her pupils not only knowledge but inspiration for better living.

On Thanksgiving Day 1906 she married J. C. Hall, who died Oct. 3, 1935. Mrs. Hall died March 11, 1921.
