FUTURE FARMERS

For many years the West Liberty schools have taught agriculture.

During the past year twenty-one boys have received a total of 1,877.00 from their crop and live stock projects.

In 1932 the boys of the vocational agriculture classes, organized the local chapter of the Future Farmers of America.

In 1935 an evening school for adult farmers was organized under Dr. E. C. Darling. The farmers evening school has continued to grow in popularity. The enrollment for this past year was 111 men.
