THOMAS HANNA. Thomas Hanna was for many years one of the prominent attorneys at the Muscatine bar. He was a native of Salem, Ohio, born July 15, 1820. His death occurred March 4, 1880, while serving his district in the upper house of the Iowa legislature. He came to this county in 1856, and first located at Wi1ton, where he began the practice of his profession. Two years later he removed to Muscatine and continued in his profession with marked success to the time of his death.
In the first volume of this work will be found extended sketches of J. Carskaddan, Henry Jayne and other members of the bar of Muscatine, now actively engaged in the practice of their profession.
