Plan of the public school, to be erected in St. Marys, Mills Cty, Iowa, up to the 20th of November 1856.

On Lot seven (7) Block eight (8) in (unreadable) Sarpys addition. Twenty feet front, twenty five feet deep, 12 ½ feet from the bottom up to the roof, (unreadable) feet from the roof up to the Steeple. Brickwall 8 inch, pillars 12 inch thick, 4 pillars in front, 3 on each site and 2 behind, 2 windows on each site, 2 in front 2 behind and one door in front, 1 behind.
