        Mr. and Mrs. Charley Wagner were the parents of ten children. They came to Fredonia when the children were quite small, and Don still resides on the home place. The children were: Clare, who became the wife of Robert Piffer, and resides near Salem, Iowa; Noah, who resides on a farm near Nichols, Benjamine, who is married and resides in Fulton, Ill.; Ralph, who was never married and resides in Muscatine, Don, at the home place here in Fredonia, and Carl, who is married and resides at Salem, Iowa; Mahlia, who is married and resides on the Muscatine Island, Bart, who was united in marriage with Nancy Reed, and make their home here in Fredonia. Robert is married and resides in Muscatine, Erma is married and resides in Sigurney, Iowa.
