        The Bible Missionary Church was organized in April 1959. It was located at 727 South Main Street in Wapello.

        The Pastors were: Rev. W. A. Conaway, Rev. Laurence Bailey, Rev. Charles Boardman, Rev. Ross Maxey, Rev. John Bethune, Rev. Noah Hicks, Rev. Gary Maxey, Rev. Ron Wright, Rev. James Kelley, Rev. Lee Maxey, Rev. Emit Waskom

        The church closed in 1982.
