THE METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH
Grandview, Iowa

Transcribed by Jackie Terry, August 14, 2016

The Methodist church was the oldest church organization in the community. Title to this present site was granted to the first trustees of the Methodist church on March 7, 1851. The present building was the second in the life of the church.

Rev. M.F. Campbell, the last pastor, served the church in 1925. Rev. Miss Edith Bond supplied the church during the summer of 1926.

The church was located on the corner of Madison and Monroe Street and is now the Grandview Community Bible Church.
