"Try to sell us anything but a John Deere"
Says the Mullinix Family, Lone Tree, Iowa
| The
Mullinix Family - father, two sons and son-in-law - operates more than
a thousand acres in one of the finest farming sections of Iowa. And
each one uses a John Deere Model A Tractor. Four years ago, Jim Mullinix bought his first John Deere Tractor. The following year he bought another. In 1934, he traded in one of the old ones for a Model A. In 1935, he traded in the other old one on three Model A's. This year, there will be a fifth for another son.
