SHERIFF’S SALE.
By virtue of an Execution to me directed from the Clerk of
the District Court of Henry County, Iowa, I will offer for saie [sic] on
THURSDAY, the 20th day of May, 1869,
at the front door of the Court House in the city of Fairfield, Iowa, between the hours of 9 o’clock A.M. & 4 o’clock P.M., sale to commence at 1 o’clock P.M. of said day, for cash to the highest bidder, the following Real Estate, to wit : Lots Nos one and two (1 and 2) in block No. ten (10) in the town of Parsonville, formerly Lockridge, in the County and State aforesaid. Said property was taken in execution and levied upon as the property of Elizabeth GIBSON and Wilson LARISON to satisfy a judgment in favor of W. P. BRAZLETON, assigned to P. N. You are hereby notified that there is now on file in the Circuit Court of said county, a petition of TAYLOR & McCULLOUGH, of Batavia, asking license and authority of said Court to sell intoxicating liquors
as provided by law, and that said petition has been set for final hearing on the 4th Monday of May 1869, at which time and place you can appear and show cause if any you have, why said permit should not be issued.

JOHNSON deceased, late of said county, was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, and afterwards, to-wit: on the 21st day of April 1869, said sealed envelope was opened, and its contents, a paper purporting to be said Last Will and Testament of said deceased, publicly read in open Court, and the first day of the next term of the Circuit Court of said County
set for the proof and final hearing of the same. Notice is threfore hereby given to all concerned that the proof of said Will will be heard on the first day of the next term of the Circuit Court for said County, to be held in the Court-House in Fairfield on the 4th Monday of May 1869.

Dissolution of Co-Partnership.
The co-partnership heretofore existing between F. B HUNTZINGER and A. W. LINABERRY, in the steam flouring mill business at Fairfield, Iowa, under the firm name of HUNTZINGER & LINABERRY was dissolved by mutual consent on the 12th day of April, 1869. Mr. LINABERRY retires from the firm. Either member will receipt for money. A settlement of all accounts is desired.
