  "In compliance with section No. 446.2 of the Code of Iowa, notice is hereby given that on Monday, December 1st, 1947, at the treasurer's office in the Jefferson County court house there will be offered for sale all lands and town lots on which the taxes have been levied for the year 1946 and prior years and which at the time of sale remain unpaid. The sale to be adjourned from time to time as necessary, not to exceed sixty days at any adjournment, until all lots and lands are sold, of which the list below is a correct listing to the best of my knowledge and belief.
  An Asterisk (*) designates that the property has been advertised two years or more in consecutive order.
