   That it embraces a large portion of good soil, well adapted to the uses and purposes of cultivation.

The prairie is fine,--the surrounding timber somewhat scattering or thinly interspersed over the surface.

Cedar Creek passes through the whole south boundary and other small creeks that aford (sic) a sufficiency of water.

I hereby certify that in pursuance of a contract with Robt. T.
