Searching for any information about the following families: Ephraim Lewis ORR, b.1831 Knox Co. OH, m.Catharine Muriel MARTIN: b.1837 OH. They were married in 1855 Keokuk, Lee Co. Iowa. They had 3 children; Lucretia Jane Orr, b.1856 Clarke Co. IA.; Martin Guy Orr, b.1859 IA; and Luella, b.1858 and d.age 1 month. I need to know who Cathrine's parents and siblings were. Catharine died age 23y in Dec 1860 in Osceola and she and Luella are buried in Osceola Cemetery. I wonder at the cause of death, so young and 3 babies?

Am looking for information on William E. BUTRUM, born:13 Aug. 1822 in Lee Co., Virginia-he died 14 April 1876 in Sully, Jasper Co., Iowa;buried in Swan Cemetery. He married Elizabeth SMITH, 30 Dec. 1840 in Greenup Co. Kentucky. She was daughter of ? Smith and Nancy Ellison. Elizabeth died 23 May 1873 in Sully, Jasper Co, Ia., buried in Swan Cemetery. Searching for Thomas HAYS born 1808 in N.Y., married 6 July 1826 in Knox Co., OH. to Hester NYHART (NEUHART). They lived in Knox, Holmes, and Mercer Counties of Ohio and in Dane Co., WI. They moved after the Civil War to Jasper Co. (Clyde), IA. Their Children were Jacob, Elizabeth, Barbara Ann, Charles, James, Miles Vardy, Mary Catherine and John Morrison. John Morrison HAYES was born 7 Mar 1849 in Dane Co., WI. He married Julia Maria KLINE on 6 Jul 1869 at Newton, IA. She was the daughter of Anthony Artoine KLINE and Julia NULL. Anthony Artoine KLINE was the son of William KLINE and Mary Magdalene BALTZER. Mary BALTZER was the daughter of Anthony BALTZER (BALZER) and Elizabeth FUNK. I have some data on all of these families but need much more. I need the date of death of Thomas HAYS and the names of his parents who were both born in N.Y. IAW the 1880 Census. Also need the names of parents of Julia Ann NULL, Elizabeth FUNK and William KLINE.

I'm looking for info on the families of Wesley WATKINS and wife Bashela BIGGS Watkins who came to Iowa in 1853 from Laurel County Ky. Wesley fled KY after killing a man who was abusive to his niece. My GGgrandfather, Wiley, aided his flight. Wesley settled in Newton. He had 6 sons & 6 daughters. Oldest son, Luke W. Watkins lived at 1426/8 Walnut St in Des Moines. He had a son, Weldon, who was a plumber. Luke had 8 other children in Des Moines.- 5 were alive in 1897 and 4 had died. Wesley's daughters who moved to Des Moines were Anna ( 2 daughters) and Minerva. Daughters in Newton were Lizzie, Nancy, Amanda, & Maggie. Any info on this family is appreciated.
