Mrs. Elsie Pray

Services for Mrs. Elsie Pray, 76, of 1440 Ovid Ave. will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hamilton's Funeral Home, with burial in Sugar Grove Cemetery near Metz.

Mrs. Pray died of a heart attack Saturday at her home.

A Ravanna, Mo. native, Mrs. Pray lived in Stuart before moving to Des Moines 25 years ago. She was a retired department store saleswoman and was a member of Grand View Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Pray is survived by a son, Loren Lind of Des Moines; two daughters, Mrs. Helen Halvorson of Chandler, Ariz. and Mrs. Barbara Lewis of Newton, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. ~ Des Moines Tribune, June 6, 1972
