Ritter-Worth Cemetery is a very old cemetery that has been unkept, although the cemetery stones were record at some time in the past. A few stones have survived by being broken off and protected by mother earth. In 2002 the Jasper County Pioneer Cemetery Commission cleaned up the cemetery, uncovering these stones. In the fall of 2004 the commission conducted another cleanup and restored the existing stones.
