Henderson Cemetery Approximately .4 mile east of Rice Avenue on 263rd Street, the cemetery is on the top of a hill, approximately .2 mile south of the road, and is marked by a lone pine tree in the field. 1. Thomas J. HENDERSON, son of James Franklin Henderson and his wife, Elizabeth Peters Henderson. The dates on Thomas' stone are 1865-1935. 2 & 3. A joint marker for James W. HENDERSON and his wife Elizabeth PETERS HENDERSON. James Henderson was born February 10, 1817 in Circleville, OH. He married Elizabeth Peters Henderson on March 30, 1841. James died on May 14, 1893. His wife Elizabeth died June 16, 1891. A "MOTHER" and "FATHER" marker are also present.Photos and Information provided by Pamela Oviatt.
