Affidavit on Application for Marriage License

I, J. L. Hunt of Greene County, Iowa, solemly swear that
I am acquainted with William McGuiggan and Mary Ridenour
who are parties for the marriage of whom a LICENSE is
applied for; that said William McGuiggan is of the age of 25
years, and Mary Ridenour is of the age of 18 years, and
upward, of sound, contracting mind and unmarried; and
that there is no legal impediment to said parties
entering the marriage state, to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief.
