Anna Gardner, the daughter of Mart and Ellen Gardner, was born Aug 6, 1885 and passed away at Tacoma, Wash. at the age of 69 years, 4 months and 17 days.
She was united in marriage to William J. Binns, and to this union eight children were born. They are Mrs. Martha Huskill and Miss Grace Binns of Tacoma, Wash., Mrs. Gladys Brooks of Redding, Calif. and one son, Clifford Binns of Riverton, Iowa. Mr. Binns and four children preceded her in death.
In later years, she was united in marriage to John A Lewis, who passed away in 1942.
She lived her entire life in and around Hamburg until after Mr. Lewis' death. She moved to California and Washington sinc then, with her daughters.
She is survived by her four shildren, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren, five brother, John L., Joe, Walter, Charley and Bert Gardner of Riverton, and three sisters, Mrs. Judy Owens of Burlington, Mo., Mrs. Mable Beam of Sidney and Mrs, Lily Huskil of Haleyon Dale, Ga, and also nieces and nephews and of host of friends.
Funeral services were held in the Johnson Funeral home Tuesday, Dec 28, 2 p.m. conducted by the Rev Earl Melton. Interment was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
