Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mihm, 50th Anniversary St. Lucas. --- Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mihm willobserve their golden wedding anniversary Sunday, June 23 with a Mass of thanksgiving  celebrated at 9:30 a.m. by the Rt. Rev. F.L. Schuh at St. Luke's Catholic Church, St Lucas, Iowa

Mary Langreck and Henry Mihm, were united in marriage on April 23, 1918 by Rev. F.X. Boeding at St. Luke's Catholic Church, St. Lucas, Iowa. The ceremony was a double wedding which included Mr. and mrs. John J. Langreck of St. Lucas.

They become the parents of eight children: Mrs. Clarence (Frances) Thole, Manchester;  Mrs. Clarence (Loretta) Zweibohmer, Ossian; Mrs. Mark (Ann) Roach, Des Moines; Mrs. Vernon (Agnes) Bohr, Cresco; Leo and Clearance, Portland, Oregon; Robert, Marion; and Mrs. S.T. (Florence) Manderfield, deceased. They have twenty-nine living grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Mihn have resided their entire married life  on the farm 4 1/2 miles southeast of St. Lucas.

Dinner for the immediate family will be served at the Cliff House, Decorah. Open house for relatives, friends and neighbors will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at the St. Luke's Church parlors. No invitations are being sent.
