THE 4H GIRLS MET

The 4H Jolly Boosters of Illyria met at the home of their vice-president, Norma Robbings, Friday, July 12. A number of twelve were present. Two very effective demonstrations were given, one on the canning of gooseberries by Ella Peters and Elizabeth Foxwell, the other on the canning of raspberries by Evelyn Thompson and Norma Robbins. These demonstrations will be continued and the best will be chosen to demonstrate at the county fair. The brief program and light refreshments were enjoyed by all.

The next meeting will be held at the home of Gladys and Anna Baldwin, on July 26.
