M.W.A. Elect Officers
The Modern Woodmen held their regular meeting
to elect officers on Friday evening, December 28. The following
officers were elected: Consul--R. H. Peters; Advisor—Hans
Winkler; Banker—Chris Schweltzer; Clerk—Fred Reichert;
Escort—Louis Becker; Sentry—Emil Snyder; Watchman—Carl Green;
Manager-J.D. Shaffer.
The next regular meeting and installation of
officers will occur on Friday evening, January 11th.
Robert Peters and Mrs. Rene Hazlett of
Allison, were entertained at dinner Friday evening at the Chas.
Feller home.
Russell Peters who is attending Coe College
at Cedar Rapids, spent his vacation with his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
W. L. Peters.
