| Before me, the undersigned, Clerk of the District Court in and for the said County, persona;;y appeared Frederick Goss, a native of Germany and makes solemn oath that it is bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce and abjure forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Power, Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, and particularly allegiance to Frederick William Emperor of Germany of whom he was heretofore a subject. |
