A MESSAGE FROM THE MAYOR Congratulations to Minburn and community as you celebrate your 100th birthday anniversary. Welcome to each of you as you attend the festivities. Also we extend a warm welcome to all of you any time you come to our community. This is a time for former residents returning to the "Old Home Town" to renew old acquaintances and form new friendships.
