LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM G. FEE
Last Will and Testament of William G. Fee

Know all men by these presents, that I, William G. Fee of the town of Quimby, county of Cherokee, State of Iowa, do make and declare this instrument of writing as and for my last will and testament as follows, to wit:

First, I give, devise and bequeath unto my dearly beloved and faithful wife Elizabeth the house and Iot on and in which we now live, situated on the south end of Main St. in the town of Quimby, County and State named above, together with all personal property in and on said house and lot.

Secondly, I give, devise and bequeath the following legacies unto my children herein noted, namely: to Willie Fee, Five Hundred Dollars; to Thomas W. Fee,  Five Hundred Dollars; to David M. Fee, One Thousand Dollars; to Louis W. Fee, One Thousand Dollars; to Jennie Veretta, wife of William Durant,  One Thousand Dollars; to Robert Fee, Two Thousand Dollars; to James Ferguson Fee, Two Thousand Dollars and to Carl E. Fee, Two Thousand Dollars. I further bequeath to the trustees of the United Presbyterian Church of Quimby, One Hundred Dollars which sum must be used to aid in paying the pastor's salary in equal annual installments of Twenty Five Dollars for four years; and further, if any money remains after the farm is sold, and the above legacies paid my wife Elizabeth shall have absolute control of the same, whether the amount be much or little; and be it further known to all whom it may concern that I appoint my sons William and Thomas W. Fee to be administrators of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.

In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of March A. D. 1901.

Affidavit of Decease
State of Iowa, Cherokee County

I,  C. C. Harshbarger do solemnly swear that I was acquainted with William G. Fee during his lifetime and that he departed this life at Quimby, Cherokee county in the state of Iowa, on the 13th day of October A. D. 1905.
