Clarence Franklin Mason
Born: Aug 4, 1872 Colesburg, Delaware County, IA
Died: May 16, 1937  Marcus, Cherokee County, IA
Clarence was the son of Franklin Henry Mason and Amelia Jennings. They were married June 22,1871 by J.P Costigan. We found the marriage license in the court house at Elkader ,Iowa but have never been able to find Franklin Henry. His name was F.H Mason on the license. Story goes he was killed in a timber accident. Amelia married Theodore Franklin Keller Oct 8,1872 in Grant county Wis. They lived in Colesburg,Ia and raised 4 sons.
Clarence had a brother Milton E Mason born February 22,1870 and died April 29,1938 buried in same cemetery as Clarence.
