CLEAR LAKE HIGH SCHOOL Clear Lake, Iowa School Colors - Red and Black School Mascot - Lions A new high school was built in 1914. Later, it was used as Central Elementary School. The building was shut down in 1999. When it was being demolished, it fell victim to a fire on January 15, 2000. Clear Lake High School, circa 1950       Clear Lake High school fell victim to a fire in 1975.
