I wonder if Charles is a brother to my great grandmother, Cora Catherine Wilson, born 1874, raised by a family in Wright County Iowa named Roath. Married George Scott. Her mother was Sarah Wilson and father may have been Harry Wilson. We don't know what happened to Cora's parents, or why the Roath's raised her, or if she had siblings.
