Census records enumerate the family in Davenport, Scott County, Iowa. Cecelia/Celia appears to have possibly been born in Lee County, or Scott County, Iowa. Frank Enderton and his second wife are both buried in Scott County. Celia's sister married in Davenport in 1908.

A birth is recorded in Davenport, Scott County for Helen Jean Enderton born July 3, 1920 to Frank Warner Enderton and Celia Clara Nagel.

What is the connection to Wright County? Do you think she died and was buried in Wright County? Everything I located points to Scott County.
