DOUGHERTY, COSIER

Charles Wesley and Matilda A (Cosier) Dougherty lived in Wright county from about 1879 - 1899 before moving to Minnesota. They were born and married in Freeport, Il. They had 13 children, I think all of them were born in Iowa. One of them was my Grandmother Ethel she was born April 1889.
I don't find them in the 1880 census. Any information would be appreciated.
