I have looked through the Ancestry.com website, as I'm sure you have, and have come up with this so far.

Mary Fank
SSN: 484-48-7503
Last Residence: 50531 Dolliver, Emmet, Iowa, United States of America
Born: 4 Sep 1885
Died: Sep 1969
State (Year) SSN issued: Iowa (1957-

But after looking at the Wright County original record, I have some wonders. Baltes Frank(Fank) age is listed at 81, but the math does 31. It also states that she came to the US 7 years prior to this census, or about 1883. Her birth year as 1880. In the 1895 Census I found Baltice Fank in Woolstock, Wright, IA, along with MANY other Fanks in the household all born in Germany. In 1905 Baltice and Mary are in Clarion. I find Mary Fank still in Clarion,Wright Co in 1935 as a domestic.
Either way if Mary Fank was the mother of B F DeLagoon, it may have been the case that the brother and sister moved to Clarion so that she could have the baby, and adopt it out there. Woolstock and Clarion are about 18 miles apart, but in those days, it was a great distance.
