the funeral director had incorrect information and that is why that reads wrong my mother also had incorrect information and because I discovered later the correct information you are correct I went on the census I never knew my aunt Ida was a twin and I only saw her on holidays and short visits. I have no idea where my mom got the name Mary Baumgardner I actually started searching for my moms birth mom because Nina (my grandma adopted my mom when she was 3 days old) I was stuck on a project in a sign language class I was taking we were suppose to tell our heratiage I only knew about my fathers side is German reciently I stumbled on a lot of info but am afraid to ask the people you know I just don't know what to say or if they want contacted. I look at computer pictures and i tell you we look like knox family. My grandma nina has married several times and moved several times The two marriages that I know are Clairence Groom I know him as grandpa they divorced when my mom was 18 and he remarried my grandma didn't marry for a long time but dated but off and on lived with us she had problems because she was hard of hearing she wore two aids one in each ear. she was hard to understand at times, but could speak well. my great uncle paul lived with us off and on also he never dated or went out much later when I was 14 the two of them got married. They are burried side by side in Davenport Iowa It is the cemetary off of east 39th street and kimberly I think it is called Davenport Memorial Park it has several areas in it with names they are in the back where the vetrans are also my dad vincent priebe is in there and my uncle joe they all died around the same time and my dads is near my grandpa Groom and Granma Groom near the chapel past the tower to the left at the bend near stairs I don't know where Marie is burried or Uncle Al we never saw them much.
