Renwick - Elmer E. Hamm, 42, died of a heart attack Monday near Duncan as he was picking up cream. He was a driver for the Renwick Community Creamery. He was born June 11, 1922, at Corwith, to Charles and Addie Hamm. He was married to Myrna Benton at Eagle Grove Dec. 5, 1951. They had lived here the last 13 years. Surviving are his wife, four children, Brenda, Charlene, Charles, Terry Lee, all at home; his parents at Corwith and a sister, Mrs. Gladys Kraft, Renwick. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Baptist Church here. The Rev. Elmer Buenning will officiate. Burial will be in the Corwith Cemetery. Blake Funeral Home at Renwick is in charge.
