CORWITH, IA — Fern Louella Adams, 91, of Corwith, died Friday (Jan. 15, 1999) at the Westview Care Center, Britt. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church, Corwith, with the Rev. Linda Hansen Bibb officiating. Burial will be in Corwith Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Garry-Roberts-Murphy-Schaaf Funeral Home, Corwith.

Fern Louella Adams was born on June 18, 1907, at Albia. Survivors include her children, John Adams Jr., Cathern Meyer and Betty Nall, all of Corwith; and Dorothy Gifford, of Carrollton, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one brother, Clifford Bettis, of Waterloo; and one sister, Lillian Franz, of Colfax. She was preceded in death by her husband, two granddaughters, one great-granddaughter, six brothers and three sisters.
