Donna Waldron, 71, of Topeka, Kansas, died at the Hospice Care Center at Topeka. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 29, 2005 at the French Church, east of Woolstock, with Rev. Gerald Caquelin officiating. Burial will be in the French Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service. Arrangements were made with the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center.

Donna J. Burnett, daughter of Ross and Eva Claude Burnett, was born at Webster City [December 29, 1933], where she also received her education. On January 11, 1980 she married James Lewis Waldron at Fort Dodge. The couple resided in Michigan for 2 years, then moved to Sabetha, KS in 1983. Mr. Waldron died March 16, 1995.

Mrs. Waldron is survived by sons, Donn, Tony and Paul; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Darlene Caquelin of Webster City; Leola Voght of St. Louis, MO; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.

She had been a member of the Church of Christ for 52 years and was very active in church work.

Donna J. Waldron, age 71, of Topeka, died Saturday, September 24, 2005 in Topeka. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, September 28th at the Central Church of Christ. Mrs. Waldron will lie in state from noon 4:30 Tuesday, September 27th, at the Davidson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:30 before the services at the church on Wednesday. Interment will be at the French Church Cemetery in Woolstock, Iowa on Thursday.
