Eppie Frette, 94, of Webster City, died Sunday, March 20, 2005 at Weslaco Rehabilitation Center at Weslaco, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, at Calvary Baptist Church at Webster City, with Rev. Terry Davenport officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday at the Foster Funeral & Cremation Center and prior to services Saturday at the church.

Epke Klooster, daughter of Antoni and Derentji Dreyer Klooster, was born September 10, 1910 on a farm south of Webster City. She received her education in a rural school in that area and graduated from Lincoln High at Webster City. On October 13, 1951 she married Amos Orville Frette at Mason City. The couple farmed in the Webster City and Woolstock areas. They retired to Eagle Grove in 1966. Mr. Frette died in February of 1979. She moved to Webster City in 1980. She had been employed at the Wright County Medical Center in medical records for 13 years. She had wintered at Weslaco for the past 20 years.

Mrs. Frette is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Valerie and Dean Monroe and Myrtle Hilpipre all of Webster; Yvonne "Bonnie" Jergenson of Fort Dodge; sons and daughters-in-law Amos and Janelle Frette of Reeds, Mo.; Charles and Pat Frette of North Las Vegas, Nv.; Edward Frette of Glendale, AZ.; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; twin sister Ann Schweppe of Norwalk; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; brother John Klooster; sisters Berdine Phillips; Antoinette Kunkle and Margaret St. John.

She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and the American Federation of the Blind.

She enjoyed sharing times with her family and friends, wintering in Texas and meeting more friends. Her love for her Lord gave her much strength and comfort in the many years of her life.
