December 16, 1917 --- July 31, 1994Bonnie Berryhill, 76, Webster City, died July 31, 1994 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Rochester, Minn.
Bonnie Myrtle Johnson, daughter of Bernard and Mamie (Dinwiddie) Johnson, was born December 16, 1917 at Minot, N.D. At the age of six, she moved with her parents to Minneapolis, Minn., where she graduated from high school. On April 17, 1938, she married Claire Berryhill. The couple resided at Livermore, then moved to Vancouver, Wash. In 1944, they moved to Vincent. She had been employed at the Boston Store and the JC Penney store in Fort Dodge for many years. They retired in 1977 and moved to Eagle Grove, then to Webster City in 1990. She was a member of RSVP, the Quality Club and the Webster City Senior Citizens group.
Bonnie Berryhill is survived by her husband, who resides in Clarion; daughters, Bonnie Joyce Borst of Charlotte, N.C. and Judy Berryhill of Tulsa, Okla.; sons, Jack Berryhill of Elizabeth City, N.C; and Claire "Sam" Berryhill of Charlotte, N.C.; six grandchildren and sister, Louise Troop of Portland, Ore. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
Services were held Thursday, August 4 at Asbury United Methodist Church with the Rev. Vernon
Sorensen officiating. Following the services, the body was donated to the Osteopathic School in Des Moines. Burial [Graceland Cemetery in Webster City, Iowa] will be held at a later date.Eagle Grove Eagle -- Eagle Grove, Iowa
